I keep thinking that, and then forcing myself to take a deep breath. But soon, Sidelined will make its way into the world, thanks to Entangled Ember (Entangled’s digital teen imprint) and the awesome editing skills of Heather Howland and Sue Winegardner.
Every time I think I have a handle on what it all means, something like this pops up, and it feels surreal all over again.
I saw the final cover this week, too, and it’s awesome. It should be revealed in the next few weeks, but I’ll drop a hint. They worked basketball into the cover in a unique and cool way. I was delighted by the result and I can’t wait for y’all to see it.
The book’s cover blurb has started appearing places, too. In the back of the newly released Out of Play by Jolene Perry and Nyrae Dawn, for example. And I completed my first guest blog post as an Entangled Ember author here, as part of the Authors Are Rock Stars annual blog tour.
Soon…and I can’t wait for y’all to be a part of it!
